A New Year

I know, I know. It has been way too long. A lot has happened. We are in a new house and we have a new baby on the way. I am no longer selling at Purple Paper Flowers I am now at Get Digi With It, a fabulous digi website. Lately we have been having Speed Scraps on Saturdays so go and check those out. There is a new look to the website as well. We have awesome designers and an outstanding Creative Team. Don't forget to check out the gallery as well.

I cannot believe I have not blogged since March, well I actually can. Long story short, we moved back in March to a new house and then spent some time getting settled in, which takes me forever!!! Then the hubby got really busy with work and I got busy with designing, then I moved to a new store, relatives came to visit, and here we are.

I am no longer at Designs In Digital, I am now at Purple Paper Flower and ACOT. I was also a guest designer for the month of June over at The Digi Chick.

I will have some new stuff coming out next week so stay tuned.......

Monday---BLAH!!!!

BLAH BLAH BLA!! That is all I can say. But tomorrow is Tuesday and well on our way into the week. Can anyone tell that I am not a fan of Mondays? Tomorrow is a big day for me. We are moving (AGAIN!!!) so I will be out for a couple of days. This is the second move within 5 months. How do I do it? Who flippin' knows!! Hubby wanted to move closer to work and he usually gets what he wants so here we go again! I will be out for a couple of days as my internet won't get hooked up until next week. Can you believe that CRAP?? How will I survive? My poor computer will be away from it's mommy. Anyway, this past Friday there was no Freebie :( I just couldn't get to it BUT to make up for it I have one for ya NOW. It is a Sampler from my I'm A Hoppin' (Hoppy Easter) Kit. Sorry I have been MIA. The holidays came around and family came into town then I went and visited family after the holidays and ended up being gone for over a month. So now I am back and back into my routine again (Thank Goodness)!

It Is Freebie Friday Again!!

I can't believe it is Friday already, yahoo!! Love Friday's. I hope all is well with everyone. I am sure everyone is getting ready for the holidays. I know I have been busy. Getting ready for family coming to visit. It is a fun time!

There is a little something I would like to bring up though. I create for a couple of designers and I just found out that one of them has been pirated. Meaning someone has been posting and having others download the original designers artwork elsewhere and basically claiming it as there own. This is WRONG!!! I am an aspiring designer myself and I would hate if someone did that to me. It is wrong in so many ways. Designers work hard at their craft, please have a little respect!!

Enough said about that!

Is it Friday Already?

It has been one tough week. The little one has been sick since Monday with fevers and a cold. Went to the doctor again and found out that she has an ear infection in both ears. Now that we have some medication for the ear infections I hope she gets better quick. Poor girl has been miserable for a week and I can tell that she is just tired of being sick. All she wants to do is sit in mommy's lap all day long. She doesn't even have any energy to play with her toys. Poor baby! Feel better buttercup!

The week has gone by slower than usual for me this week. My little Liv is keeping me busier now more than ever. She is growing up so fast and is now down to 1 nap a day which means less time for me designing. But I did finally get to design a freebie today and it has been so long since I have offered one. I was emailed this beautiful picture of my father-in-law and his mother and I just knew I had to create something for it. My father-in-law must of been 18 months in this picture, which ironically is the age of my daughter now.

Happy Thanksgiving To All!! We had a great Thanksgiving, ate a lot food and will probably keep eating some more! We did however miss our families this holiday, since we live far away, but we are hoping to see them soon.

I know, I know I haven't blogged in about a month, things have been crazy around here. But I have had a chance to catch up on some of my scrapbooking. I have also joined two digital scrapbooking creative teams. They are excellent designers so you should really go and check out their shops.

I feel like it has been forever since I have blogged!! We have been in the middle of a move so life has been chaotic lately. But hopefully we will get back into a routine and feel normal again. Unpacking while running around with a toddler does not get you far so it is taking me a long time to get my house in order. The hubby is always working so any time we get with him is precious time.

TGIF!!! I can't believe it is Friday already. This week has gone by fast! Hope everyone had an awesome week! I have been having fun with my little girlie and of course, scrappin, what else. Since I really want to be giving freebies away I wanted to come up with a certain day I should do that so I will be doing the FREEBIE FRIDAY!! I had a pretty manageable week this week, Thank GOD!! And my little girlie is starting to get used to daycare again, which has been painful to watch. She has been dealing with a huge case of separation anxiety and it has been taking a toll on her and me. But I think she is coming around.

Relaxing Sunday

I hope everyone is having a wonderful weekend, I know I am. Even though it is raining like crazy, my family and I decided to go to the pool, yes a pool! We are lucky to have access to an indoor pool so no we were not swimming in the rain. Although we were in much need of rain where we live, my family and I do not like being slaves to the house. And having a very active 15 month old who loves to be outside all the time gave us more motivation to head to the pool. We have to find ways to release all that energy she has or my hubby and I will lose our minds trying to entertain her indoors. Anyway it has been a relaxing weekend and this rain is excellent sleeping weather. So I just may have to take a little cat nap, when my girly naps. Ok, so It has been a week

Man oh man! I said that I was going to try to be more consistent but I just can't seem to get myself to that place yet. Life has been busy, as usual. I really wish I had more time to be on my computer but then if that were the case I would probably never see the light of day. My family keeps me very busy. Since I had my kid I feel like nothing EVER gets done around my house. I'm sure that I am not the only wife, mother, scrapper that feels like this. Don't get me wrong I LOVE being with my family and especially my little one, she is a BLAST!! But sometimes when you are motivated to be creative and all you want to do is be artistic and accomplish something and there is no time, that can really bite the BIG one!!!

With all that said, I did manage to get a freebie done but I have to load it first, so check back in a bit.

I know I do! It is the beginning of the week but at least this will be a short week for my husband as we will be off to look for a new house!! Yipee! I am so ashamed that I haven't blogged in over a month, how terrible is that? A lot has been going on so I don't feel that bad. I WILL try to be more consistent with my blogging. My little girlie is so funny! I have to say she is my inspiration. This is my second attempt at digital scrapbooking and I must say I am getting quite addicted. I cannot seem to stop finding new things for digital scrapping. I have already had to go out and get myself an external HD. I am slowly learning new things when it comes to digital scrapbooking and I hope to one day start designing my own things. I only work off of PSE right now but I have decided that when I get to a more advanced stage I will upgrade to Photoshop. I am so excited about learning this new way of scrapbooking. I have been a traditional scrapper for 6 years now and I hope that with this new way of scrapping I will allow my creativity to flourish even more!! I am creating a list of my personal favorite scrapping websites and blogs so be sure to check those out. Almost all of them will offer freebies you can download (they are so generous)!!
